Instructions and tooling for AI agents working in this repo. Universal rules live in the root AGENTS.md.

  • domain.md — how skills should consume domain docs (CONTEXT.md, ADRs, architecture topics). Read before exploring or writing domain vocabulary.
  • context-map.md — ownership, authority hierarchy, budgets, editing rules for all agent-facing documentation. Read before adding, moving, or rewriting documentation.
  • issue-tracker.md — GitHub issue conventions (gh CLI, types, Priority/Effort fields, blocking edges). Read when creating or updating issues.
  • evals.md — retrieval-effectiveness benchmark tasks and protocol. Read when changing the context architecture or auditing it.
